We are infrared certified home inspectors. We use infrared technology to see what can’t be seen by other inspectors. Infrared shows us temperature differentials, and this is key to finding issues.
With infrared, we are able to find such issues as electrical hazards, plumbing leaks, roofing leaks, and even pest issues at times. Infrared helps us to see defects that would otherwise not be visible – and we include this on every home inspection.
